Janitorial
Janitorial services are provided through a sub-contractor. A detailed description of the services they provide will be furnished upon request. A summary of the services is as follows:
- Vacuuming and spot cleaning of carpeted floor areas
- Damp mopping of tiled areas
- Emptying of ash trays/trash cans
- Dusting
- Restocking of restroom supplies
- Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms
Related Services:
- Window washing is provided by Lee Cleveland Property Management, under a separate contract (not by janitorial service)
- Carpet shampooing/extracting is available on a fee basis upon request
