Meeting Rooms
A classroom style room with seating capacity of 48-people is provided at Corporate Plaza I & II Plaza I on the Lower Level. In addition, a 40 seat Amphitheater is available at Corporate Plaza I and a 24 seat Amphitheater is provided at Corporate Plaza II at no charge.
Reservations required by accessing Tenant Solutions. A phone call is acceptable if you need to make a same day reservation within the hour only.
All reservations are made on a first come, first served basis. You may only book 60 days in advance. No one tenant may book more than (3) three 8-hour days in one week. This assures that no one tenant is able to monopolize the rooms. Evening and weekend reservations will only be given with the approval of your Property Manager. All Conference rooms are available to tenants only at no charge.
